The concept of this collection is based on the idea of colour therapy, also how the surface qualities of clothes can affect our moods and expressions. I wanted to create prints for the bespoke fashion market inspired by nature, specifically tropical florals, as this provides memories of holidays and links to happier times as a form of escapism. People can dress to boost their mood and confidence, whether they are staying in or going out.

I did this by hand-dyed fabrics overprinted with mood-boosting tropical floral imagery to create intriguing textile surfaces.
